You will take turns deciding if you want to fire at your opponent or push your luck by shooting at yourself.

You need the luck to survive in Buckshor Roulette. However, there are various ways to increase your chances. Make good use of one-time items that allow you to regenerate health, see the next shell in the chamber, or double damage for the next shot.
