7. Digital Products, Delivery and Refund Policy
7.1 Nature of Digital Goods
All products sold on the Website are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, revoked, or cancelled once delivered. You acknowledge this prior to completing any purchase.
7.2 Definition of Delivery
Delivery is considered completed when any of the following occurs:
- A digital code, key, or voucher is displayed, revealed, accessed, or sent to you via the Website, email, or your Account dashboard;
- A top-up or direct load has been successfully processed to the specified account or Player ID;
- Any other method of delivery specified for a particular product type.
Once delivery is completed, the transaction is final and irreversible.
7.3 No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds, replacements, or compensation will not be provided under the following circumstances:

7.4 Third-Party Platform Actions
Any account bans, suspensions, restrictions, or enforcement actions imposed by third-party platforms — including but not limited to Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox, PUBG, or any game publisher — after delivery, access, or redemption of a product are strictly outside the control of K2KEY.
K2KEY shall not be held responsible for such actions, and they do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or compensation under any circumstances.
K2KEY sources products through its supply chain and represents that products are obtained through authorised commercial channels. K2KEY does not guarantee the conduct or policies of third-party platform operators.
7.5 Top-Up and Direct Load Transactions
Top-up and direct load transactions are instant and irreversible upon successful processing. You are fully responsible for providing accurate account information or Player IDs.
7.6 Defective Products
If a product is genuinely defective — meaning a code is invalid, already used prior to delivery, or technically non-functional at the time of delivery through no fault of the user — please contact K2KEY at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. K2KEY will investigate and, at its discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
K2KEY's liability under this Section is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product only.
7.7 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

- Block future purchases;
- Recover the charged-back amount and associated fees; and

11. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
K2KEY may, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or protection of third parties. Upon termination, all rights granted terminate immediately and outstanding amounts become immediately due.
12. Force Majeure
12.1 Definition
K2KEY shall not be liable for any delay or failure arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, government actions, failure of third-party networks or payment infrastructure, or cyberattacks.
12.2 Notification
K2KEY will notify affected users by Website notice or email to the registered address as soon as reasonably practicable.
12.3 Extended Force Majeure
If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 consecutive days, either party may elect to treat the relevant obligations as permanently suspended, without liability.
