World War Z, an exciting third-person shooter, is set in the same universe as the 2013 film version of the book "World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War," on which it is based. The narrative of the game centers on a group of zombie apocalypse survivors who must struggle to survive in post-apocalyptic cities, including New York, Jerusalem, Moscow, Tokyo, and Marseille.

Expanded version

World War Z: Aftermath is an updated version of the original World War Z game. It features new content and features, including two additional episodes, a new character class, first-person mode, and an entirely new adversary. Six fresh levels take players to Rome and Kamchatka. Join forces with up to three other people to stop the zombie apocalypse, or do it alone against the brain-eating zombies with the AI squad.

Editions

Xbox players may choose between two different editions of World War Z: Aftermath. Get the Standard Edition if you want to get only the base game. Besides the game itself, the Deluxe Edition includes additional content bonus weapons (the Sledgehammer and dual cleavers) and the explorer weapon skin pack.
