Moreover, Max can't use her time-rewinding power anymore. Instead, she can toggle between two parallel timelines. In one, Safi is dead, while in the other, she remains alive. Max is compelled to leverage her supernatural gift to uncover the murderer and avert the impending tragedy.

Release and platforms
The games developer, Deck Nine Games, and its publisher, Square Enix, announced Life is Strange: Double Exposure in June 2024. They also revealed that Max Caulfield would return on October 29, 2024. You can play Life is Strange: Double Exposure on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X.
