About the base game:
After transitioning from a street gang to a global brand, the Third Street Saints are ruling Stilwater. Their fame, however, has attracted the attention of The Syndicate, a notorious criminal organization. When The Syndicate demands tribute, the Saints refuse and take the battle to Steelport, a city under Syndicate control. The result?
